A release from the provincial police service on September 20 said that the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) team is seeking the public’s help in locating Jeffery Avery. The 25-year-old is described as standing 6’0″ and weighing 149 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has prominent tattoos on his neck. Avery also has four tattoos on his right forearm: the words ‘Avery’ and ‘Timeless’, roses and praying hands, and a cross tattooed on his right arm. On his left forearm, he has a star and the word “Family” tattooed, as well as the words “Respect and Honor” on his left wrist. Avery is serving three years and six days in prison after pleading guilty to forcible restraint, robbery, assault with a weapon, theft of a motor vehicle, trafficking in Schedule 1 and 2 drugs, identity theft and failure to comply with a probation order. Police say Avery frequents the Oshawa, Sudbury and North Bay areas.
